Resurrection Lilies

The sculptures created by local Atlanta artist and metalsmith Adelaide Ruff are inspired by Red Spider Lilies. They embody sensations of temporality and loss and the endearing yet often futile attempt to hold onto things as they are.

“What hath night to do with sleep?” is quoted from the English poet, John Milton. This painting celebrates the beauty of nighttime. NYC based Artist Simon Cooper represent optics of night, where objects and forms morph under the absence of light.

Ana Malta's work is developed through the study of color, patterns, composition and scratching materials, vehicles of her visual unconscious. Her work explores where restlessness seeks aesthetics and where dialogue is based on transforming ‘error’ into opportunity.
